Atlassian shares fell approximately 16% in Friday premarket trading after the software company forecast fiscal 2027 subscription annual recurring revenue growth of approximately 18.5%, below its first-quarter growth of 23%, Yahoo Finance reported.

First-quarter revenue rose 24% to $1.77 billion, exceeding analysts' $1.71 billion estimate. Adjusted earnings reached $1.65 per share against expectations of $1.43. Cloud revenue increased 31% to $1.30 billion, but the full-year subscription outlook pointed to slower expansion over the remainder of the financial year.
