Anthropic is now expected to make its IPO prospectus public in late September and begin marketing no earlier than mid-October, according to people familiar with the matter cited by Reuters.

The company had been expected to publish the prospectus as early as next week. The report also says Anthropic is seeking to finalize a $15 billion revolving credit facility before analyst meetings tied to the offering. Anthropic and the banks named in the report declined to comment, and the timetable remains subject to change.
