Chainalysis has disclosed a breach exposing all users' names, usernames, password hashes and valid authentication tokens, Coinfomania reported, citing an update from WuBlockchain. Some plaintext passwords were also leaked, and the company requires users to reset passwords and rotate API keys where necessary.

The disclosure expands on an October 30 alert about abnormal activity. Chainalysis has suspended its Know Your Transaction monitoring and address screening services as a precaution.
