# ServiceTitan to end Podium integration for shared customers

ServiceTitan gave roughly 1,000 shared customers about 30 days' notice that its Podium integration would be switched off, Podium CEO Eric Rea said. ServiceTitan said it had sought to bring Podium into its certified program under new terms and did not proceed with certification. The connection had synchronized contacts, leads, payments and conversations into ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan's updated API terms also restrict AI systems from independently choosing endpoints, data modifications or actions.
