Bolt.new buys Dokai to add enterprise workflow technology Image: Primary
Bolt.new has completed its first acquisition, buying San Francisco startup Dokai to expand its enterprise AI agent capabilities. Dokai co-founder Gerry Fernando Patia and the team will join the AI and machine learning organization at the StackBlitz-owned application development platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dokai developed agents that execute multi-step tasks inside business software, including prospect research, data enrichment and customer relationship management operations. Bolt.new plans to integrate its workflow technology into application-building agents and connections to enterprise systems. The company says enterprise customers should see the first resulting capabilities in late fall 2026.
