Perion acquired in-store retail-media company PRN for up to $12 million in cash, adding exclusive advertising inventory across more than 750 warehouse-club locations, 4,500 big-box stores and 2,200 healthcare retail locations. PRN will operate as Perion Retail Networks. Perion expects the business to contribute about $3 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2027 before synergies and said the acquisition will not materially affect its full-year 2026 outlook.
