US judge orders halt to Pentagon ban on firms lobbying for Alibaba

A US federal judge ordered the Trump administration to halt a ban preventing the Pentagon from doing business with companies lobbying for Alibaba, Bloomberg reported. The ruling gives Alibaba a court victory in its challenge to a Department of Defense blacklist and suspends the restriction on those companies' Pentagon business.
