CleanSpark plans $2.227B secured notes for Sandersville data center Image: Primary
CleanSpark announced a $2.227 billion senior secured notes offering due 2031 through subsidiary CSDC Finance I LLC, a private placement subject to market conditions. The company said proceeds will fund remaining construction at its Sandersville, Georgia data center, reimburse prior equity contributions and establish debt service reserves. The notes are guaranteed by CSRE Properties Sandersville, which holds a first lien on most related assets, and CleanSpark said it will guarantee completion if proceeds fall short. Meta has been identified as a tenant at the Sandersville campus, which the company says carries $6.6 billion in contracted revenue. CleanSpark stock closed near $13.40, up about 4.73%.
