Meta says AI glasses users will get visual-data opt-out

Meta says it will let users of its AI glasses opt out of having their visual data used to train its AI or shown to third-party contractors outside the United States, Engadget reported. The change would give users a choice over those two uses of visual data collected through the glasses. Meta described the control as a forthcoming option; the reported scope is visual data and contractors outside the United States.
