# Wonderful raises $550 million in Series C at $5 billion valuation

Israeli enterprise-AI startup Wonderful has raised about $550 million in a Series C financing at an approximately $5 billion valuation, CTech reported.

Investors also bought $170 million of employee and angel shares in a separate secondary transaction. Insight Partners led the financing, with Salesforce and existing investors participating. Wonderful said it will use the new capital for global expansion and further development of its enterprise-AI operating system; the company operates in more than 35 markets and has about 650 employees.
