Evolution Data Centres said the first phase of its TH01 project in Bang Na, Bangkok, has been contractually committed to an unnamed tier-one global hyperscaler under a multi-year deal. The company lists the initial 12MW phase as sold and due online in the fourth quarter of 2026. It says a later phase would add 40MW of IT capacity tailored for AI workloads and is due in the second quarter of 2027.
