Slack improvements

Slack improvements Image: Primary
Cursor announced improvements to its Slack integration that add planning visibility, multi-repository support and cross-channel capabilities. The company said Cursor now shares a plan before starting work and updates its status as it progresses so users can redirect early. In-message buttons have been replaced with compact footer links and tables, pull requests and artifacts now render more cleanly. Cursor can start in a named multi-repo environment instead of a single default repository and will prompt with a Switch repository button when a task requires a repo outside the current environment. The assistant can also read from and send messages to other Slack channels and threads to pull context and post updates. Cursor announced the changes in a product update.
