ICE takes Trade.xyz stake and plans US-regulated Hyperliquid markets

NYSE owner Intercontinental Exchange plans US-regulated perpetual markets based on Hyperliquid with Trade.xyz and has taken a stake in the company, Bloomberg reported. Trade.xyz operates a market on Hyperliquid, an offshore crypto-trading platform. The planned markets would bring the partnership into a US-regulated setting.
