London-based Ares Intelligence has secured €2.6 million in funding backed by Creandum and Lakestar, with participation from angels connected to Google DeepMind. The company says the capital will fund expansion of its operations. Ares says its AI interviewer conducts confidential voice conversations with employees in more than 70 languages, then produces a prioritised plan identifying where AI could save time and money. Businesses can mask names, redact voices or remove role metadata before reports reach leadership. The company says customer Tremonia, a Mercedes-Benz spin-out, identified more than 400 hours of avoidable manual work per month within four weeks. That figure describes work identified for potential savings.
