Ondo introduces tokenized private-company exposure for non-U.S. investors

Ondo private markets RWA debt tokenization platform Image: Primary
Ondo Finance introduced Ondo Private Markets on October 5, offering eligible investors outside the United States tokenized economic exposure to private companies before they list publicly, Bitcoinist reported. The first market is expected to track a pre-IPO AI company, with robotics, cybersecurity, biotech and infrastructure planned later. The structure is designed to let exposure move through onchain secondary markets around the clock. Tokens do not represent ordinary direct share ownership or voting rights, and continuous trading does not guarantee liquidity.
