ServiceNow and Nvidia make Arc enterprise agent available on Mac

Nvidia's Laptop Launch Image: Primary
ServiceNow and Nvidia's Arc enterprise AI agent is now generally available on Mac, ZDNET reported. Originally announced in May, Arc handles work involving tools such as email and Microsoft Teams and can run locally on an employee's desktop or within Nvidia OpenShell on a separate device. The companies say ServiceNow's Super Intelligence Control Tower sets policies while OpenShell restricts which systems, APIs and data the agent can access. Revoking an agent's AI Passport can contain the affected task in a sandbox for review while other approved actions continue. Windows support is still forthcoming.
