One Nuclear signed a binding letter of intent with a Louisiana landowner group to develop Project Cayman, a proposed 2.88GW natural-gas plant and a 700MW/2.88GWh battery-storage system colocated with a data center in southern Louisiana. The site is near RiverPlex MegaPark between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. One Nuclear said community outreach meetings are expected from September through December. The company did not disclose the data center's capacity, development timeline, or potential partners.
