Tempest registers shares tied to up to $50 million equity line

Tempest Therapeutics filed an S-1 on Aug. 21 to register resale of up to 8,910,579 common shares held or issuable to Lincoln Park Capital. The filing relates to an Aug. 13 purchase agreement under which Tempest may sell up to $50 million of stock, subject to conditions. Sales cannot begin until the SEC declares the registration statement effective, and Tempest retains discretion over sales after that.
