Image: Primary Adrian Flux has added domestic humanoid robot cover to its UK home insurance, underwritten by Tokio Marine HCC International. It covers robot damage or theft, sudden damage the robot causes to the home or its contents, and personal liability for injury or damage to another person's property.
The cover also pays for emergency recovery or a safe shutdown after a sudden or unforeseen malfunction. It is available only to UK customers buying home insurance through Adrian Flux. Neither company has published a price, an excess or the policy wording.
