Serval makes Catalyst automation agent generally available

Serval made Catalyst, its administrative AI agent for enterprise automation, generally available and enabled it by default for customer organizations. Serval says Catalyst can inspect ticket history, procedures and instructions, then draft workflows, skills, policies and dashboards for administrator review. It can also create scheduled background agents that inspect connected systems and propose remediation before employees file tickets.
