Go makes new JSON packages generally available in version 1.27

Go makes new JSON packages generally available in version 1.27 Image: Primary
The Go project announced that its new encoding/json/v2 and encoding/json/jsontext packages are stable and generally available in Go 1.27. The packages handle the conversion between Go data and JSON, with stricter defaults that reject invalid UTF-8 and duplicate object names. The new interfaces let programs process JSON as a stream of tokens and values instead of buffering complete values. The project reports decoding benchmark improvements of up to 10x, while encoding performance is roughly at parity with the original package. Developers can configure options to preserve older behavior during migration. The original encoding/json package remains supported indefinitely, and applications do not have to migrate.
