The claim alleges that Apple requires developers to obtain explicit consent for cross-app tracking while its own advertising operation collects comparable data without the same requirement. It seeks compensation for alleged developer losses and changes to make Apple's rules fair, according to the report. The tribunal's opt-out collective regime would cover eligible developers if the class is certified.
