Hex announces $100 million financing and rebuilt analytics platform

Hex announces $100 million financing and rebuilt analytics platform Image: Primary
Hex says it closed a $100 million financing round at a $1.2B valuation and introduced Hex 4.0, a rewrite of its analytics platform. PeakXV and 137 Ventures led the round, with participation from Amplify, Avra, a16z, Redpoint, Sequoia and Zero Prime. The company says the rebuild centers data work on plain code and addresses limitations in its previous architecture. Those included an agent harness requiring hundreds of tools, constrained access for external agents and a compute engine unsuited to highly concurrent, iterative agent workflows. Hex plans to use the capital to expand its team and sales efforts. Its previous product served over 2,500 customers globally.
