ShipStation says Slack help desk agent resolves 97.5 percent of queries

ShipStation says Slack help desk agent resolves 97.5 percent of queries Image: Primary
ShipStation Global says its Deckhand AI help desk agent resolved 97.5 percent of incoming channel queries and received a 96 percent positive feedback rating from employees. Built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, the agent answers questions in Slack, reads error screenshots, and creates or updates Jira Service Management tickets. Deckhand searches company documents and resolved Slack support threads for answers. It asks clarifying questions or offers a ticket when it cannot answer. Ticket creation requires an employee to select a confirmation button, and the bot stays silent when a human helper has taken over a conversation.
