Google adds purchased Play Books to Gemini Notebook

Expert Intelligence Hero Image: Primary
Google's Gemini Notebook now lets users bring eligible books they purchased through Google Play Books into the AI note-taking app. The new Expert Intelligence feature supports questions and generated plans, infographics and AI podcasts based on a book's contents, with more than 100,000 titles initially supported. Google says users who receive a shared Notebook but do not own its book can see the source listing but cannot view its full text or related information; they are directed to Google Play Books to purchase it.
