Nvidia expands NVLink Fusion with NVHBM memory design
Image: Primary Nvidia said it has expanded NVLink Fusion with NVHBM, a high-bandwidth-memory design intended for semi-custom AI infrastructure. The company said its design moves the memory controller into the HBM base die rather than the XPU die, and will be validated and offered by memory partners.
