Atlassian reports 30.5% cloud revenue growth and larger enterprise commitments

Atlassian reports 30.5% cloud revenue growth and larger enterprise commitments Image: Primary
Atlassian reported cloud revenue growth of 30.5% year over year and subscription annual recurring revenue growth of 22.5% in its first-quarter FY27 shareholder letter. Remaining performance obligations, a measure of contracted future business, reached $4.7 billion, growing over 44% year over year. The company said its service software collection surpassed 70,000 customers, while more than 3,000 customers had upgraded to Teamwork Collection. It also reported more than 2 million monthly active users of its server that connects AI assistants to Atlassian tools. Customers adopting that server were growing annual recurring revenue at approximately twice the rate of non-adopters, a company-reported association rather than proof that adoption caused the growth.
