FLUX 3 Image Klein: open weights, 5.6B parameters Image: Primary
Black Forest Labs released FLUX 3 Image Klein, a 5.6B-parameter image model available through downloadable weights and its API. The company says it supports text-to-image generation, editing, native 4K output and generation using up to 10 reference images. The release includes a base model for fine-tuning and a distilled version designed for lower latency. Black Forest Labs says the INT8 build runs on NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs with as little as 8GB of VRAM. API pricing starts at $0.009 per 1K image. The FLUX Kommunity License permits free commercial use for individuals and companies with annual revenue under $5M. Larger organizations need self-hosted licensing or API access for commercial deployment.
