Oceanloop has secured up to €38.5 million to expand its software-driven recirculating aquaculture systems and Giant Grouper production in Europe. The package includes equity commitments from Hatch Blue's Blue Revolution Fund and Stolt Ventures plus a €32 million European Investment Bank venture-debt facility.
