SpaceX Plans to File IPO Prospectus With US Regulators as Soon as This Week

Bloomberg and The Information confirm SpaceX is targeting an IPO prospectus filing with US regulators this week. The company was last valued at more than $350 billion in private markets, making it the most valuable private company in the world. An IPO would mark one of the largest technology offerings in years and give public investors their first opportunity to buy shares in Elon Musk's rocket and satellite internet company. SpaceX operates the Starlink satellite broadband network, which has more than 4 million subscribers globally, and the Falcon 9 and Starship launch vehicles.
