TFG London disclosed today that several IT systems remain unavailable following a cyberattack affecting Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles. Physical stores remain open. The company said it detected the attack on October 11, activated incident response and business continuity plans, and brought in external cybersecurity experts. The continuing disruption does not affect Inside Story, White Stuff or the group's operations in Australia and Africa. TFG London is investigating whether customer information was compromised and says it will notify affected parties if their data was affected. Customer data exposure has not been confirmed.
