Anthropic said its annualized revenue run rate has exceeded $30 billion, a more than threefold increase from approximately $9 billion at the end of 2025. The AI company disclosed the figure Monday alongside the announcement of expanded computing partnerships with Google and Broadcom. The agreements secure Anthropic access to multiple gigawatts of TPU capacity to support its growing infrastructure needs. The revenue growth marks one of the fastest expansions recorded among AI labs. Anthropic launched its Claude chatbot in early 2023 and has since released multiple model iterations while building an enterprise customer base. The company competes directly with OpenAI in the large language model market, positioning Claude as a safety-focused alternative. Both companies have raised billions in funding to acquire compute resources and talent. Anthropic was founded in 2021 by former OpenAI researchers Dario and Daniela Amodei. It has raised funding from Google, Amazon, and venture capital firms including Spark Capital and Menlo Ventures.
