US judge rejects forced sale of Google's AdX exchange

The judge accepted most proposed behavioral remedies instead of the Justice Department's requested divestiture. The case concerns the technology used to host publisher advertisements and advertising exchanges; publishers pay Google a 20% fee on AdX transactions, the report said.
