1X lists $20,000 Neo home robot with scheduled remote expert help
Image: Primary 1X Technologies is offering its Neo home robot through Early Access for $20,000 or $499 a month, with U.S. deliveries listed as starting in 2026.
For complex tasks, the company says an owner can schedule a 1X expert to supervise the robot remotely while it learns. 1X lists basic autonomy, a Redwood AI model, app-based management and controls including scheduled sessions, no-go zones, face blurring and an indicator light during human guidance.
Its order page says task data sent to servers are processed in real time and not stored.
