Comcast adds opt-in Wi-Fi motion sensing to Xfinity Shield

The feature sends app notifications about unexpected activity and does not record video, capture images or identify individuals, according to the report. WiFi Motion is available on specified Xfinity gateway models. Comcast may disclose generated information to third parties in certain legal or law-enforcement circumstances.
