Enovis makes €155 million binding offer for eCential Robotics

Enovis has made a binding offer to acquire eCential Robotics, a developer of surgical-robotics and computer-assisted-surgery technology. The proposed deal carries an upfront enterprise value of €155 million, with about €176 million in cash consideration at closing and up to €35 million more tied to milestones. Enovis said eCential's platform would add robotic automation to its ASTRA enabling-technology platform. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
