FlokiNET says registrar suspended domain after ICE contractor takedown request
Image: Primary Hosting provider FlokiNET said CentralNic placed icepi.cx on serverHold, stopping the domain from resolving, after FlokiNET rejected a takedown request from ZeroFox acting for ICE. The site subsequently returned under a domain with a different registrar.
FlokiNET said the site publishes government employees' work identities using data obtained in a breach. The notice characterized it as a doxxing campaign; the host defended it as a reference tool for accountability reporting. FlokiNET said its refusal did not preserve access because the registrar reached the opposite conclusion.
