Atlassian makes Strategy Collection connections to AI tools generally available

Atlassian makes Strategy Collection connections to AI tools generally available Image: Primary
Atlassian says its MCP connection for Focus, Talent and Jira Align is generally available, giving Rovo and external AI tools, including Claude Desktop, access to enterprise portfolio context. Leaders can ask questions about portfolios, build applications using Strategy Collection and Teamwork Graph data, and take actions such as posting weekly updates. The company also lists open beta capabilities for tracking AI usage and spending against strategic initiatives, identifying workforce skill gaps, and comparing funding and staffing scenarios using Jira delivery work, capacity and costs. Its automated progress updates also remain in open beta; teams refine and approve the drafts before use.
