Heathrow Airport will rebuild its main website on Adobe CX Enterprise under an expanded partnership announced by the companies on 8 October. The website receives more than 50 million visitors a year, according to the announcement. The platform uses AI agents to manage customer interactions. Heathrow will also use Adobe Experience Manager to personalise passenger content and Adobe Brand Visibility to track how accurately chatbots such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity represent its content. Neither company disclosed a launch date for the website or the deal's value.
