Anthropic disclosed about $895.4 billion in aggregate purchase commitments and lease agreements in an amended SEC filing, substantially all related to compute and infrastructure, DCD reported. Its previously listed compute commitments were $417bn. The company also reported third-quarter revenue of $17 billion and a net loss of $23.29bn. Commitments include $121.3bn to lease compute from Google, $120.5bn from SpaceX, $110bn from Amazon and $44.9bn from Microsoft. The Google, Amazon and Microsoft deals generally require payment regardless of usage and are mostly non-cancelable outside uncured material breaches. The SpaceX agreement can be canceled with 90 days' notice from next March.
