Salesforce reports higher Agentforce recall after memory policy update

Salesforce says an updated Agentforce Memory policy recalls 1.8 times as many explicitly stated customer facts and 2.2 times as many facts that change over time as the policy it replaced. The company measured the results through an evaluation framework running conversations and follow-up questions through the live Agentforce system. The policy retains more customer information and treats changed details as corrections to existing facts rather than separate entries. Salesforce says the underlying architecture has not changed. Agentforce Memory became generally available in September; the reported gains come from the updated policy.
