Micron reports fiscal 2026 DRAM revenue of $100.68 billion

Micron reported fiscal 2026 DRAM revenue of $100.68 billion, compared with $28.58 billion in 2025, in its annual SEC filing. NAND storage revenue reached $31.79 billion, compared with $8.50 billion the previous year. The company said its 1-gamma manufacturing process accounted for the majority of DRAM bit production in the fourth quarter. The process incorporates extreme ultraviolet lithography and improves power efficiency, performance and memory density over its predecessor. Micron also said intense competition requires continued technology development and manufacturing cost reductions.
