Ray Maple files for proposed Nasdaq IPO

Ray Maple filed an F-1 registration statement with the SEC on August 17 for a proposed initial public offering of 6.25 million ordinary shares. The preliminary prospectus says the company expects an IPO price of $4 per share and plans to apply to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The filing is subject to completion, and the company says it cannot sell the securities until the registration statement becomes effective. It also says Nasdaq listing approval is not assured.
