Opus 2 acquires legal document software provider Bundledocs

Trial and case management provider Opus 2 announced Thursday that it acquired Bundledocs, a Cork, Ireland-based provider of software that lets legal teams collaboratively assemble and work on document bundles. Financial terms were not disclosed in the acquisition announcement, Law.com reported. Founded in 2019, Bundledocs offers integrations with case and document management platforms including iManage, NetDocuments, Actionstep, Dropbox, Clio and Box.
