Nutex Health reports data exfiltration from company servers
Image: Primary Nutex Health says an unauthorized third party accessed and exfiltrated information from its servers, including data that may be private or confidential. The healthcare operator disclosed the incident in an SEC filing and said it had hired external incident-response and forensic specialists, activated its response plan, implemented containment measures, and notified law enforcement. Nutex operates 28 facilities across 12 states. The company is still assessing what data was involved and whether patients, employees, providers, or business partners were affected.
