Oracle cloud infrastructure revenue up 120% as ~850 MW of new capacity comes online

Oracle's latest results eased concerns about its large AI infrastructure buildout, with cloud infrastructure revenue growing 120% and roughly 850 megawatts of new capacity brought online, according to a Bloomberg Technology segment. BNP Paribas Global Head of Software Research Stefan Slowinski described a more constructive setup as Oracle moves toward positive free cash flow, but said the company's upcoming Financial Analyst Day will be key to understanding the returns and the financing behind its AI expansion.
