A distributed denial-of-service attack has disrupted Norway's shared government digital infrastructure since Monday, affecting public-sector services operated by the Norwegian Digitalization Agency and provider Vivicta. The agency said several services were fully unavailable for short periods; ID-porten and eSignering remained partly inaccessible after many systems were stabilized. The infrastructure supports public-service logins, electronic IDs and signatures, secure mail, government forms, public-record access and agency data exchange. The agency said its investigation found no indication of a breach or compromised personal data. There is no official attribution.
