pg_vault_tde update fixes incorrect query results and requires encrypted-table rewrites

pg_vault_tde has released version 1.7.2 with fixes for unreadable encrypted tables and incorrect query results, its PostgreSQL news announcement says. The update restricts its tde_btree index to equality queries, preventing incorrect rows from range operators, ORDER BY operations or merge joins. It also fixes a bug that made a table unreadable when it contained an all-NULL row. The upgrade requires VACUUM FULL on every encrypted table to rewrite existing rows into the v5 layout. Rows in the v4 format remain readable but crash on UPDATE until rewritten. When toast_custom_rmgr is enabled, primary and standby servers must be upgraded together; rolling upgrades are unavailable.
