Ondas said it acquired Gate Technologies and Bron Technologies in a transaction valued at $205 million, with most consideration in cash and up to $185 million in performance-based earn-out payments. Gate supplies electronic safe-and-arm devices and fuzing technology for weapon systems, while Bron adds engineering, production, certification and distribution capabilities in Poland. Ondas said the acquired business is expected to contribute more than $130 million in aggregate adjusted EBITDA through 2028.
