FSH Technologies reports $20 million Series A for government software Image: Primary
FSH Technologies has raised a recent $20 million Series A, bringing total funding to $25 million, founder Lilly Chen told Crunchbase News. Participants included Lachy Groom, General Catalyst, Ramp, Scribble Ventures, Operator Partners and Basis Set Ventures. The Philadelphia company builds software for government functions including K-12 food services and records management. It uses AI for text recognition, translation and natural-language search within its software. Chen said government sales take time: the company generated less than $100,000 in revenue in its first year and had roughly eight or nine employees at the interview.
